Your payment goes through our crypto payment gateway to the company's own cold-storage wallet and is used to fund development of the software and the business. It's the purchase price of your software licence, not a deposit or an investment. Refunds are only available as set out in section 8 of the Backer Agreement.

No trading software can promise that. Markets can move against any strategy and you can lose money, including more than your deposit if you use leverage. The engine is a tool you control. Only trade money you can afford to lose.
